We ship within the United States only. We can't ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $49 or more. For smaller orders, the shipping rate is shown in your cart before you pay. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout.

Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (up to 3 during busy periods). Standard delivery then takes 3–7 business days. We ship Monday to Friday, so weekend and holiday orders go out the next business day.

You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Give the carrier a few hours to update tracking after the email arrives.

Please wait 2 business days, because packages sometimes show as delivered before they arrive. If it still hasn't come, email info@joikusa.com with your order number and we'll look into it.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Amazon Pay.

Yes. JOIK USA digital gift cards come in amounts from $10 to $500 and are delivered by email.

You can return any full-size product within 30 days of delivery, with no restocking fee. Opened products are fine as long as at least half the product is left, and you don't need the original packaging. Read the full Refund Policy.

Email returns@joikusa.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm and send you the return address within 1–2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping costs are not refunded.

Email returns@joikusa.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send anything back, and if we do need the item, we'll give you a prepaid label.

Gift cards, free gifts or promotional items, products with less than half remaining, and anything returned more than 30 days after delivery.

JOIK is family-owned and independent. It was founded in Estonia in 2005 and has never been sold to a beauty conglomerate. The same team and the same factory have made JOIK products for twenty years.

The name comes from the joik, an ancient singing tradition of the nature-loving Sámi people of Northern Europe. It's a way of honoring nature and tradition while evolving with the modern world, which is how JOIK approaches skincare.

Yes. JOIK skincare, makeup, JOIK Organic body care, deodorants, lip care, hand and foot care and self-tanning products are ECOCERT COSMOS Organic certified. JOIK has held ECOCERT certification since 2019 and is audited again every year. Home & Spa products are not certified organic, but are made with at least 99.5% natural-origin ingredients. ECOCERT is an independent European certification body founded in 1991. Under the COSMOS standard, its inspectors check every ingredient, formula, production facility and package, and the audit is repeated every year. Unlike words such as "clean" or "natural," which have no legal definition for cosmetics in the US, certification has to be earned and renewed.

Most JOIK products are vegan, and each vegan product is badged individually. A few, such as products containing milk, are not vegan, and we say so. All JOIK candles use vegan rapeseed wax.

Yes. JOIK does not test its products on animals. JOIK is made and sold in the European Union, where animal testing for cosmetics is banned.

No JOIK product contains parabens, sulfates, silicones, GMOs, petrochemicals or mineral oil, formaldehyde-releasing preservatives, MIT, synthetic FD&C or D&C dyes, plastic microbeads, or paraffin wax.

Every JOIK product label lists the complete INCI ingredient list. Certified products also show their exact natural-origin percentage. If you have a question about a specific ingredient, email info@joikusa.com.

Yes. JOIK Men includes a face wash, a moisturizing face cream, shaving cream, body and hair wash, hand cream and deodorant.

JOIK makes skin-first makeup: ECOCERT certified color built on nourishing plant oils and natural mineral pigments, with no synthetic dyes. Shop all makeup.

JOIK candles are poured in European rapeseed wax, which is vegan, GMO-free and biodegradable, never paraffin. They use metal-free cotton wicks, and the fragrances are developed with perfume houses in Grasse, France. Shop all candles.

A JOIK reed diffuser gives about 3–4 months of continuous scent. Our diffusers and room sprays use a plant-based glycerin carrier instead of petroleum-based solvents.
